Make clear, simple content | By keeping all communications short and to the point, you can bring more people along for the ride. Concise messaging is easier to remember and refer back to. | | Provide multiple points of entry | Whether this looks like a privacy policy linked on multiple pages of your website or a pinned strategic plan link on every Slack channel, make sure there are several convenient ways people can get the info they need. | | | |
Ask your stakeholders, via a formal survey or informal check-in, if they are facing roadblocks to the info they need to thrive and get a job done. Never assume, always listen. | | When possible, tell a story. People care about other people, so find ways to showcase the impact your organization is making on real people and their future. | | | |
